BRASS RAIL PALE ALE - 5.5% ABV, 39 IBU’s; American Pale Ale; Brass Rail Pale Ale pays homage to the West Coast and the beers that started the Craft Beer Movement. Made exclusively with ‘C’ hops and 5 malts, this American Pale will make you want to say, ‘Yes, I would like to put my foot on the rail and blow the foam off some suds!’
BOTTLEMAN BROWN ALE - 6.3% ABV, 25 IBU’s; American Brown Ale; Brewed with copious amounts of Chocolate Malt, providing a Roasty aroma with a Sweet, Nutty flavor. Finished with Willamette hops.
HI JACK! RED ALE - 5.5% 33 IBU’s; American Red Ale; Crystal and Black malts lend to a deep red hue and extremely smooth body while a dosing of Centennial hops provide floral and citrus notes with a small amount of bitterness to balance the beer.
LINE JUMPER IPA - 5.0% ABV, 56 IBU’s; India Pale Ale; Line Jumper gets its name from boats smuggling liquor across the Canadian border into the US during prohibition. Accordingly, this hop forward ale toes the line between styles and swiftly smuggles citrus and fruity notes across your palate into IPA territory when the time is right. Columbus, Eureka! and Mosaic hops.
MOVING DAY IPA - 6.4% ABV, 55 IBU’s; India Pale Ale; Moving Day IPA is packed with resinous/citrus/tropical flavors and aromas thanks to 4 different hop varieties and is balanced by its solid malt bill featuring Munich and Crystal malts.
SNEAK THIEF MILK STOUT - 5.2% ABV, 28 IBU’s; Sweet Stout (with lactose); Our Milk Stout holds nothing back. We combine all the necessities, Roasted Barley, Chocolate Malt and Flaked Barley. Afterwards we add a serious dose of lactose (milk sugar) which give this stout it’s silky sweet finish.
